Quick answer: Open the charging case so the earbuds enter pairing mode, turn on Bluetooth on your device, and tap the earbuds' name in the list of available devices. After the first time they reconnect automatically whenever you open the case. The exact menus for each device are below.
Before you start
- Charge the case and buds to at least 20%.
- Keep the earbuds within a metre of the device.
- If the earbuds were paired to another phone, turn Bluetooth off on that phone first. Most budget TWS earbuds connect to one device at a time and will grab the old one.
Android phone
- Open the earbud case lid. On most models the buds start pairing on their own; some need you to hold the case button for 3 seconds.
- Go to Settings → Connected devices → Pair new device (on Samsung: Settings → Connections → Bluetooth).
- Tap the earbuds' name. Accept the pairing request.
- Many Android phones also show a pop-up card as soon as you open the case. Tapping Connect does the same thing.
iPhone
- Open the case near the phone.
- Go to Settings → Bluetooth and make sure the toggle is on.
- Under Other Devices, tap the earbuds' name.
All Bluetooth earbuds work with iPhones. You do not need AirPods. iPhones use the AAC codec, which every AirSpin model supports.
Windows 11 laptop
- Open Settings → Bluetooth & devices → Add device → Bluetooth.
- Open the earbud case and select the earbuds when they appear.
- Click the speaker icon in the taskbar and choose the earbuds as the output.
Tip for calls: Windows shows two entries, Stereo and Hands-Free. Use Stereo for music and let Zoom, Meet or Teams switch to the headset profile during calls. If music suddenly sounds flat, you are stuck on Hands-Free; close the meeting app.
MacBook
- Open System Settings → Bluetooth.
- Open the case, then click Connect next to the earbuds under Nearby Devices.
Smart TV
On Android TV or Google TV go to Settings → Remotes & accessories → Pair accessory. On Samsung TVs it is Settings → Sound → Sound Output → Bluetooth Speaker List. Expect a little lip-sync delay on older TVs; switching on the earbuds' low-latency or game mode helps.
Earbuds not showing up? Try this in order
- Put both buds back in the case, close the lid for 10 seconds, reopen.
- On the old phone, tap the earbuds in Bluetooth settings and choose Forget.
- Toggle Bluetooth off and on, or restart the phone.
- Reset the earbuds. The method varies by brand, but it is usually holding the case button or both touch panels for about 10 seconds while the buds sit in the case. Check your manual.
- Charge for 30 minutes and try again. Very low battery can block pairing.

FAQ
Can I connect earbuds to two devices at once?
Only if they support multipoint (dual-device) connection. Otherwise disconnect from one device before connecting to the next.
Why do my earbuds connect but there is no sound?
The device is still sending audio to its speaker. Select the earbuds as the audio output, and on Android make sure Media audio is switched on in the earbuds' Bluetooth settings.
Do I need an app?
No. Pairing works through your device's Bluetooth settings. Apps only add extras like EQ.
AirSpin pairs the moment you spin the case open. See it here →
