Intellectual Property Policy

This Intellectual Property Policy (“Policy”) outlines the principles and guidelines regarding intellectual property (IP) rights for the services provided by APELABS, owned and operated by ROSNIL TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED (“APELABS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Ownership of Intellectual Property
APELABS retains all rights, title, and interest in the intellectual property associated with the Site, including but not limited to the source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, graphics, and trademarks (“Content”). Users must not engage in any activity that infringes upon or violates the intellectual property rights of APELABS or any third party. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

Reproducing, distributing, modifying, creating derivative works of, publicly displaying, or commercially exploiting any intellectual property belonging to APELABS or third parties without explicit permission.

Circumventing, disabling, or interfering with security-related features or technological measures employed by APELABS to protect its intellectual property rights.
Reporting Intellectual Property Infringements
APELABS respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects Users to do the same. If you believe that any content on the Site infringes upon your intellectual property rights, you may notify APELABS in writing, providing the following:

A description of the intellectual property rights being infringed.

Identification of the infringing material and its location on the Site.

Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

A statement declaring that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is unauthorized.

A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner of the intellectual property or authorized to act on their behalf.
APELABS will investigate the report and take appropriate action, including removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing content. APELABS may also terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for ensuring that any content they post or submit to the Site does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others. Users must not use the Site to reproduce, distribute, or publish copyrighted material, trademarks, trade secrets, or other proprietary information without obtaining necessary permissions.
If Users believe their intellectual property rights have been infringed upon by another User’s content, they may follow the reporting process outlined above.

APELABS does not endorse or assume responsibility for the intellectual property practices or content of these third parties. Counter-Notice
If you believe that content you posted on the Site was wrongfully removed due to a copyright infringement claim, you may provide APELABS with a counter-notice. The counter-notice must include:

A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.

A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts within your jurisdiction and that you will accept service of process from the complainant.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, APELABS may reinstate the removed content unless the copyright owner files a lawsuit seeking a court order to prevent its reinstatement.
Modification of Intellectual Property Policy
APELABS reserves the right to modify or update this Intellectual Property Policy at any time, without prior notice, to reflect changes in laws, regulations, or industry best practices. The updated Policy will be effective upon posting on the Site. Users are responsible for reviewing the Policy periodically. By continuing to use the Site after modifications, Users agree to be bound by the revised terms.
