These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India

By accessing or using the Apelabs application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use the App.

By posting content, users grant Apelabs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such content within the Service.

4.3 Community Guidelines

Users must:

  • Not engage in harassment or bullying
  • Not spam or send unsolicited messages
  • Not manipulate platform features for artificial engagement

5. Music Streaming Services

5.1 Third-Party Services

  • Users must comply with third-party streaming service terms
  • Apelabs is not responsible for third-party service availability
  • Premium features may require separate subscriptions

5.2 Content Usage

  • Music streaming is for personal, non-commercial use only
  • Users may not download or copy protected content
  • Playlist sharing must comply with copyright laws

6. Live Streaming

6.1 Stream Content

  • Streams must comply with community guidelines
  • Hosts are responsible for moderating their streams
  • Apelabs reserves the right to terminate any stream

6.2 Stream Participation

  • Users must follow room rules and moderator instructions
  • Disruptive behavior may result in removal
  • Stream recording requires explicit participant consent

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Apelabs Property

  • App design, logos, and features are Apelabs property
  • Users may not copy or modify the App without permission
  • Trademarks and branding rights are reserved

7.2 User Rights

  • Users retain rights to their original content
  • Users must have rights to content they share
  • Copyright violations will be addressed promptly

8. Privacy and Data

8.1 Data Collection

  • Service usage is subject to our Privacy Policy
  • Users consent to data collection as described
  • Some features require specific device permissions

  • Users must not attempt to breach system security
  • Account sharing is prohibited
