Beyond the warranty period:
If your device experiences issues after the specified warranty period has expired, standard warranty coverage may not apply. However, we offer paid repair services to ensure you can continue enjoying your product.
No warranty card and valid proof of purchase:

Non APELABS official warranty commitments:
Warranty commitments made outside of the official APELABS terms, such as verbal assurances by dealers, maynot be covered. To ensure accurate information, it's advisable to rely on the official warranty terms provided byAPELABS.
Improper use causing damage (falling, squeezing, liquid damage, etc.):
The warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper use or accidents such as dropping, squeezing, or exposure to liquids. In such cases, paid repair services are available to address these issues.
Damage due to uncontrollable external forces (floods, fires, earthquakes, lightning strikes, trafficaccidents, etc.):
The warranty may not cover damages or malfunctions caused by external forces beyond anyone's control, includingnatural disasters like floods, fires, earthquakes, lightning strikes, or accidents such as traffic collisions. In theseinstances, repair services can be obtained at a cost. It's essential to carefully review the terms and conditions of thewarranty to understand the coverage and exceptions. Period of Extended Warranty :
With the extended warranty, the customer will receive an additional 6 months of coverage beyond the expiration date of the original box warranty.
