Intellectual Property: Users must respect intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets. They should not post or share copyrighted material without proper permission, and they should give credit to original sources when sharing content created by others. This includes regular monitoring, timely responses, and adhering to the Company‘s branding and messaging guidelines. Authorized Spokespersons: Only designated individuals with appropriate authority should act as official spokespeople for the Company on social media platforms. Unauthorized individuals should refrain from responding to inquiries or making official statements on behalf of the Company. Content Moderation: Users managing official Company social media accounts should exercise caution when posting content and ensure that it aligns with the Company‘s values, policies, and brand image.
